Louisiana's Outback Creole Nature Trail
The Creole Nature Trail spans over 180 miles of southwestern Louisiana, offering visitors a chance to see a host of wildlife that includes 16 species of mammals, over 250 species of birds and 10 species of amphibians. The trail is open for walking and driving tours. Access: This trail is accessed from Cameron and Hackberry in Cameron Parish, and Lake Charles and Sulphur in Calcasieu Parish. |
